We speak Dutch, French, English and Spanish, and we do an effort to talk al little German, Italian and Portuguese. You can write us in all these languages. That is also not a problem.
The Shop is only open on invitation. We love to ride our bikes, and prefer you buy our products through the internet, or at the next rally. However, if needed, picking up your order, or just want to fit a helmet, you should know that it can be possible on all days of the week from 10.00 till 20.00, but be sure we are there by making an appointment.
If you need to visit or contact us, use your WhatsApp/SMS or a phone call to contact us.
Do NOT mail us. Mail is not responded or very slowly (5-10 days).
Use modern ways ;-) as we are most of the time 'on the run'.
Most deliveries take less then a week before shipping. We can often provide tracking information (not for envelopes) for our parcels, so you can get updates on the delivery.
We are not the fastest company, but you can always contact us, unlike other non-rider shops that do not even know what it is to feel the wind in you face.
Money Back? Cancelling your order?
Yes, except for shipping costs (if allready shipped) and sometimes with a restocking fee: 10%
Or a full refund of 100% of the item-value (or 110% if we made a mistake) through a voucher for our site so you buy what you like.
Returns & cancellations are only accepted after personal contact (phone or better by Whatsapp).
You need to send a printed copy of our wishes and the invoice to have returns accepted.
Rules of Trading
BadBoy.NL does not have that many rules. We are a small flexible company.
Most of our products are on stock. But in the case we do not have it, we reserve the time to order it for you at the factory. This can take some time (sometimes over a month).
Orders are negotiable. Meaning that if you change your mind, we will do our best to please you.
Treat us like humans, and we will treat you like a good customer!
If you have questions, remarks, or (what we can`t imagine) a problem,...
just use Whatsapp, SMS, or call us,.. we respond as fast as we can (average is less then an hour).
