The saito Diagnostic Battery Charger (***), with charging current from 1A up to 4A max., is compatible with batteries from all manufacturers.
It can be used to charge virtually all 6 V and 12 V lead acid, lead gel, absorbent glass mat (AGM), calcium and pure lead automotive batteries in motorcycles, scooters and cars.
There are also many additional functions that you would normally only expect with a much more expensive device.

As described on page 15 or 34 of the operating instructions, if the battery-charger voltage display is still flashing after more than 60 minutes and the displayed voltage keeps changing, this also indicates a faulty battery. In this case it is not possible to start normal charging. Even if the "faulty battery" symbol does not light up, the battery is still faulty. In this case, charging must be stopped manually.
