Iedereen die voor ons werkt spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Dus snap je iets niet op deze site, dan sms, app of bel ons, en we helpen je verder.

We speak Dutch, French, English and Spanish, and we do an effort to talk al little German, Italian and Portuguese. You can write us in all these languages. That is also not a problem.

The Warehouse is only open on invitation. We love to ride our bikes, and prefer you buy our products through the internet, or at the next rally.
However, if needed, picking up your order, or just want to fit a vest or a helmet, you should know that it can be possible on monday - saturday from 13.00 till 16.30 (or later), but be sure to make an appointment. 

If you need ed to visit us, just contact us like mentioned. We will make it possible.

Mail is not responded! Unless we have given you a specific code to use mail.

Use modern ways ;-) as we are most of the time 'on the run'.

Most deliveries take less then a week before shipping.  We can often provide tracking information (not for envelopes) for our parcels, so you can get updates on the delivery. 
We are not the fastest company, but you can always contact us, unlike other non-rider shops that do not even know what it is to feel the wind in you face.

Money Back? Cancelling your order?

Yes, except for shipping costs (if allready shipped) and sometimes we charge a restocking fee: 10%

A full refund of 100% of the item-value  (or 110% if we made a mistake) comes through a voucher for our site so you buy what you like. Cash refunds are also possible. Het in contact.

Returns & cancellations are only accepted after personal contact, and you will need the RMA number specified by us (best by Whatsapp, second best by SMS).

You will need to send a printed copy of your wishes and the invoice to have returns accepted.

Rules of Trading

BadBoy.NL does not have that many rules. We are a small flexible company.

Most of our products are on stock. But in the case we do not have it, we reserve the time to order it for you at the factory. This can take some time (sometimes over a week).

Orders are negotiable. Meaning that if you change your mind, we will do our best to please you.
Treat us like humans, and we will treat you like a good customer! 

If you have questions, remarks, or (what we can't imagine) a problem with our work,... 

just use Whatsapp, or SMS, we respond your question (if it takes longer than  2 hours, try again).
